Danworth Estate needed a website that could carry the weight of a high-value property brand while still guiding first-time buyers through an unfamiliar process. The site presents listings, guidance and enquiry paths inside one calm editorial layout.

//The problem

The previous presence was a single overloaded page. Property information, pricing guidance and enquiry details competed for the same attention, and prospective buyers left without contacting the team.

We restructured the content around buyer intent: understand the property, understand the process, then talk to a person. Typography was scaled up, imagery was given room to breathe, and every section ends with one clear next step.

A responsive marketing site with an immersive hero, structured property guidance sections, and a persistent enquiry route that stays reachable on mobile without blocking the content.
