Barn til Bords - Joy of food & good habits

‍Children to Bords needed an automated solution for customer updates related to the delivery of meals to kindergartens and schools. After years of trying to find a suitable software solution without success, they wanted a cost-effective and holistic solution that could handle complex needs such as allergies, delivery days, specialty deliveries and production lists.

‍We developed a unique web application using the no-code platforms Bubble and Airtable to minimize development costs. After several iterations and careful optimization of features, we created an app that gives both the catering company and their customers a seamless digital experience. The solution significantly reduced the time spent on manual handling of production lists and customer updates via email and phone. Now parents, schools and kindergartens can easily submit updates on allergies and delivery subscriptions directly in the app.

On the occasion of Children to Bords' 20th anniversary, we also assisted with a comprehensive rebranding that resulted in a warm and welcoming visual identity aimed at parents, schools and nurseries. With this new identity system, Children to the Table is well positioned for continued growth and success for at least 20 years to come.
