Project Overview
Mind Reset is a calming Kajabi wellness platform created for people who want to reduce stress, improve focus, build emotional balance, and create healthier daily routines.
The goal was to design a peaceful digital experience that feels soft, premium, and trustworthy. Instead of using a loud or overly clinical wellness style, this project focuses on calm visuals, gentle colors, clean structure, and a clear user journey.
The visual direction uses soft lavender, warm cream, pale blush, deep navy typography, rounded cards, meditation imagery, and peaceful lifestyle photography. The final result presents Mind Reset as a modern wellness brand with a complete platform experience for programs, courses, meditations, and member progress tracking.
The Challenge
Many wellness and mindfulness websites feel either too plain, too spiritual, or too generic. For this project, the challenge was to create a wellness platform that felt emotional and calming while still being structured, professional, and easy to navigate.
The site needed to support several goals:
Present the wellness program clearly
Create a peaceful first impression
Build trust with a premium visual style
Organize mindfulness programs and courses
Showcase guided meditation content
Design a clean member dashboard
Help users feel calm, supported, and motivated
Design Direction
The design concept was built around the idea of:
“A softer space to reset your mind and return to yourself.”
I used a soft lavender and cream color system to create a calm and emotional atmosphere. Lavender gives the brand a peaceful wellness feeling, while cream and soft blush keep the interface warm and human. Deep navy typography adds readability and premium contrast.
The layout uses large editorial headlines, airy spacing, rounded UI cards, gentle gradients, calm photography, lavender accents, and soft dashboard widgets. The overall style feels peaceful, elegant, and supportive without becoming too simple or template-like.
Solution
I designed a complete Kajabi wellness platform experience for Mind Reset, including the public marketing pages, program overview, meditation library, and member dashboard.
The homepage introduces the brand with a calm hero section, strong emotional message, trust indicators, wellness benefits, and clear calls to action.
The program page presents the available wellness paths, including guided meditation, stress management, sleep and relaxation, mindfulness courses, and personal coaching.
The dashboard gives members a calm space to continue learning, track progress, follow daily intentions, view meditation plans, monitor mood, and join the community.
The meditation library page organizes guided sessions by category, helping users quickly find the right content for stress relief, sleep, anxiety, focus, morning routines, and self-love.
