The Goal
To design a premium, high-converting marketing flyer for Nova Homes (Nairobi, Kenya) that showcases luxury properties and builds immediate buyer trust.
My Role & Approach
Creative Direction & Layout
Developed a structured, modern layout using a premium navy and gold color palette to convey trust and luxury. The layout balances visual impact with clear information hierarchy so prospective buyers can quickly scan property features and take action.
Typography & Visual Hierarchy
Created bold, high-impact headlines ("FIND. BUY. LIVE.") paired with clean, highly scannable property feature icons. The typography choices reinforce the premium positioning while keeping the flyer easy to read at a glance.
Image Curation
Organically integrated interior and exterior property visuals to showcase a high-end lifestyle. Each image was selected and placed to draw the viewer through the flyer and toward the call to action.
