Driving growth for the Kindle product and Kindle Unlimited service. I collaborated with the Product Strategy Director of Amazon's Books team, to developed a user-centered experience that attracts and retains Kindle subscribers.
Solution: The strategy required a seamless and intuitive interface for discovering, subscribing to, and enjoying Kindle Unlimited's vast library. By creating personalized pricing UI, dynamic promotion elements, and a more unified account management experience.
Result: In the second half of 2023, Kindle Unlimited had a 17% increase in new subscribers, an increase in subscription upgrades from existing users, and a significant reduction in subscriber churn.
