identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant courses and features, providing personalized recommendations that improve the user experience while contributing to revenue growth

design and implement automated support workflows to streamline common inquiries and improve response times.

As a Junior Project Manager, I oversee the course creation process to ensure it meets quality standards and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, addressing their feedback and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
