I helped migrate and build a project management tool for a design agency based in the USA because their old one (AirTable) no longer worked for them. Simply put, they have outgrown their old tool and need a much better and robust one that can keep up with their demand and --- one that can be usable by everyone in the team. I helped build it with my team and we taught the client and their team how to use it.
Deliverables were:
1 DFY Project Management Tool
Migration of all current and past projects from the old platform to the new one
SOPs and documentation for proper training for the current and future team members of the client
All of these were done with stellar service and within budget for the client as well within their timeline (which was very tight!)
