We started the redesign process by restructuring the navigation to make it less cluttered and hard to navigate. By doing this, we were able to remove several unnecessary pages and simplify their galleries. We created specific forms for both specialty and wedding cake inquries to make it easier for staff to distinguish customer needs. Bredenbeck’s knew online ordering was the future, so we created an online shop where customers could order their favorite treats. Lastly, we added a MailChimp opt in form to the site so Bredenbeck’s could easily manage their mailing list instead of having to add contacts manually.
