The Challenge
Turning a complex career into a clear digital experience
The main challenge was organizing a highly diverse professional story without overwhelming the visitor.
The website needed to:
establish credibility immediately;
present more than 20 years of experience clearly;
explain several ways to work with Luca;
balance corporate confidence with modern design;
support a growing article library;
remain easy for the client to manage independently.
The key objective was not to create an experimental portfolio, but a modern and engaging business platform for investors, partners, and senior decision-makers.

Visual Direction
Modern, confident, and intentionally restrained
I began by exploring several visual directions and preparing a curated selection of references. This helped the client define his preferences and gave us a clear foundation before moving into full design and development.
The final direction combined:
a predominantly monochrome palette;
bold editorial typography;
generous spacing;
clear content hierarchy;
controlled animations;
strong but understated calls to action.
The result feels modern and distinctive without compromising the seriousness of the client’s professional positioning.

Structure and UX
Organizing the website around visitor intent
Rather than presenting Luca’s experience as a traditional résumé, I structured the website around the questions visitors would naturally have:
Who is Luca?
What has he built?
What results and experience does he bring?
How can someone work with him?
What ideas and insights does he publish?
The final structure includes:
positioning and collaboration pathways;
key achievements;
professional partners;
venture track record;
operating philosophy;
articles and insights;
contact and qualification sections.
This made a large amount of information easier to explore while keeping the experience focused and action-oriented.
Design and Interactions
Adding energy without distracting from the content
The design uses strong typography, contrast, spacing, and movement to create a contemporary experience without turning the website into a visual experiment.
Key interactions include:
scroll-based text reveals;
interactive collaboration cards;
custom hover states;
animated backgrounds;
accordion-based venture history;
responsive navigation behavior.
For mobile devices, hover-dependent interactions were adapted for touch and viewport-based behavior so that the intended experience remained accessible across devices.

Framer Development and CMS
A responsive and maintainable website system
The website was developed in Framer using reusable components and responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
The build included:
modular content sections;
responsive layouts;
contact form integration;
social links;
article CMS;
article archive;
individual article pages;
domain launch.
The CMS was designed to support the client’s existing collection of more than 50 articles and allow him to continue expanding the website independently.
Launch and Handover
Giving the client full control after launch
After approval, I transferred the website to the client’s Framer account, supported the domain launch, and created a dedicated Notion guide explaining how to edit the website and manage CMS content.
I also provided one month of post-launch support and continued helping with responsive and content adjustments after delivery.
Result
The website was designed, developed, approved, and launched within the required timeframe.
The final platform gives Luca:
a clear professional position;
an accessible overview of his experience;
several direct collaboration pathways;
a scalable content system;
a fully responsive experience;
control over future updates.
The client approved the project, described the outcome as exceeding his expectations, and expressed interest in working together again.
Testimonial
“Dmytro performed exceptionally. He started off with several effective rounds of quick design proposals which helped me massively to understand my own preferences and tastes.
He then moved into the design phase working with what was only partial material from my end, skilfully creating modular structures and placeholders for what was missing. He kept me updated even in between drafts, and always delivered on the deliveries he promised.”
