For this project, we implemented a squeeze page to get names and email addresses for potential clients. During this process, clients are given a brief questionnaire to inform us about their primary skin concerns (acne, rosacea, signs of aging, etc.)
If the prospect ever fell off in the process, we had their name, email address, and skin concern recorded. This allowed us to send the prospect a tailored email for their exact concern, making the re-engagement feel extremely personal.
This approach significantly increased the odds of prospects re-engaging with the service.
