I’ve designed the UI and UX for a chatbot project that’s a bit of a game-changer. By hooking it up to advanced APIs from various language models, this clever little bot can respond to users in real time, smooth as you like. And here’s the kicker: with a Pro version upgrade, users can tap into the top-tier tokens of cutting-edge language models—such as Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4.5, GPT-4o, and DeepSeek R1, among others—unlocking a seriously professional and advanced experience. It’s all about giving users a seamless, next-level chat that feels intuitive and spot-on, whether they’re after the basics or ready to go pro!

UI/UX Design

My role as the lead UI/UX designer for Wise Ai placed me at the helm of an ambitious design undertaking. I was given the responsibility of not just designing a chatbot platform, but of leading a design team to create an entirely new user experience for an AI-powered search and chatbot interface.

I took big steps with the product managers, developers, and AI engineers to guarantee that our design selections served not only the users' wishes but also were plausible from a technical standpoint. One of the big accomplishments was to push across the guided onboarding experience, which really enhances the smoothness of the user experience.

One of the key challenges was designing an intelligent research experience that could deliver real-time, summarised insights without overwhelming the user. While the platform’s advanced AI capabilities offered powerful functionality, early testing revealed a high cognitive load and inconsistent user flows. The challenge lay in simplifying complex interactions and enhancing usability—making advanced features easily discoverable while maintaining an intuitive and approachable interface.
