Engineering Manager at Ajio - Reliance Retail

As an Engineering Manager, I had the opportunity to lead a 10-member Backend team, which was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's flagship product. During my time in this role, I gained invaluable experience in team management, project planning, and technical leadership.

Over the course of my tenure as a manager, the team delivered several successful projects like Cart Engine, Wishlist, Fraud Engine, and Audience Manager that exceeded expectations in terms of quality, performance, and user satisfaction. I am proud of the work we accomplished together, and I attribute much of our success to the culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning that we fostered within the team.

Projects were Java-based microservices and developed using the latest Java tech stack like Java 17, Springboot 3, Kafka, Mongo, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
