Java Microservices Implementation for Rakuten

As a Tech Lead at Rakuten, I had the privilege of working on some of the company's most challenging and exciting projects. During my tenure, I gained invaluable experience in technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

One of the key responsibilities of my role was to lead a team of developers and oversee the technical aspects of our projects. I worked closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. I also ensured that the team had the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.

Another important aspect of my role was to mentor and develop the team members' technical skills. I conducted regular code reviews, provided feedback on their work, and encouraged them to pursue continuous learning and development. I also organized training sessions and workshops to help the team stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
