Comet: A step towards a modern stock trading platform

In a market where most brokerage platforms in the Philippines still look and feel like legacy software from the early 2000s, this project aimed to deliver the polish and clarity people expect from contemporary fintech – manageable, not overwhelming, and still respecting the complexity that stock trading demands.
The goal
Design a web and Android platform that helps traders make smarter decisions with clear, accessible tools for market analysis. Among the first major features to tackle are a charting screen, a watchlist, a portfolio, and instant price alerts.
My role
Working directly and remotely with the CEO, I owned the end-to-end design across both platforms, solving product problems and building the underlying design system simultaneously.
