Enhancing LinkedIn's Job Experience

I’m incredibly proud to share that my team has made it to the final top 10 at Product Paradox, a sub-competition of the prestigious Interface, the Management Fest at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani—organized by BITSoM - BITS School of Management. What made this journey special? Our product presentation on enhancing LinkedIn's job experience was selected out of dozens for its practical, multi-framework feature evaluation (RICE, MOSCOW, BCG, Value-Effort, Weighted Summation). We competed against powerhouse teams from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras , Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, National Institute of Technology Karnataka and other top institutes. Many were seasoned postgraduates and 2022/2023 pass outs—while I’m a first-year undergraduate, first semester, venturing into product strategy early (and loving every moment of it). It’s humbling and exhilarating to go head-to-head with masters students, learn from their approach, and get recognized for analytical rigour and solution design. A special shout-out to Arthakram and Aabir Sarkar for giving me this marvelous opportunity and believing in me and providing this amazing opportunity—a launchpad for real-world learning and interdisciplinary teamwork. Their mentorship and support made all the difference! special thanks to my teammates Vansh Jain and Puneet Kathuria for sticking with me throughout this journey and making the impact magnificent.
