Luxury Places: property discovery website design
This case presents a website design for Luxury Places through an original display mockup and six page-section previews. The design combines a large photographic opening, destination categories, an agent-search section and property cards. It is a visual design study, not a claim that a working property marketplace was launched.
Start with a clear property-search route
The opening pairs the Lake Geneva region message with Find Properties and More About Us buttons. A horizontal search bar sits below the image, grouping a property query, region, type and location. The dark header keeps brand, navigation and contact information separate from the main message.
Offer more than one way to browse
Eight image-led category cards cover luxury places, Alps, resorts, waterfront, international, Cotelac, non-residents and new listings. Circular photographs and repeated arrow buttons make the choices consistent. The red accent highlights actions against a mostly white and charcoal palette.
Connect property discovery with agent help
The agent section pairs portrait circles with a name-or-number search field and a Find Agent button. Below it, three featured-property cards combine large images, headings, short descriptions and learn-more links. This shows an intended discovery journey, not a verified database or search integration.
Give the company and editorial content room
A circular architectural image introduces the company section. The blog layout then combines one larger story card with two smaller cards, using red date labels and read-more links. The six previews show distinct sections with some overlap between captures so the page sequence remains clear.
Scope and original-artwork limits
Several source sections contain placeholder text, repeated author labels and historical dates. Agency size, years of service, property counts and affiliations visible in the artwork are not independently verified and are not results of my work. No live inventory, sales, mobile testing or completed development is claimed. More of my work: https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/kajabiexperts/
