Kono Team Takeover: Social Media Campaign Compilation

Derian ‎

What happens when you let the real voices of a company take center stage? For Kono’s “Team Takeover” campaign, I edited 20 dynamic social media shorts that captured the energy and authenticity of the team. One strand of the campaign featured employees introducing themselves and sharing what they do—from picking hops to shucking mussels and crafting fruit bars—shining a light on the people behind Kono’s products. Alongside this, I also created a series of clean, typographic shorts that highlighted different departments through sharp, word-driven motion graphics.
The video above is a portfolio compilation I created to showcase selected work from the campaign. At its centre is Dean, Kono’s On-Water Manager, whose presence captures the spirit of the project: a celebration of the real people whose work keeps the company running.
I managed the full post-production process across all content—selecting standout moments, shaping narrative flow, and ensuring each piece was visually engaging and aligned with Kono’s brand. The result: turning day-to-day work into meaningful stories that build a deeper, more human brand presence.
