Participate in backlog grooming sessions to understand & provide estimates for testing activities.
Develop Automation scripts using AccelQ, an AI based automation tool.
Maintaining the automation scripts and test suites in AccelQ.
Responsible for executing regression suite and keeping the automation scripts up to date.
Review the code written by the team members and provide feedback based on the best practices.
Participate in all the agile ceremonies.
Managing a testing team of 10 members.
Responsible for educating the team on best practices and agile process related activities as the team is new for agile framework.
