This project was a complete redesign and no-code rebuild of an existing Webflow developer’s portfolio website. The goal was to elevate the visual identity, create a more engaging user experience, and align the brand more closely with a premium, expert-level service offering.

The original website, while functional, lacked the refined storytelling, structure, and hierarchy needed to clearly position the developer as a certified expert. It felt more templated and didn’t fully communicate the unique personality, credibility, or work quality of the developer. Key areas like project breakdowns, testimonials, and service offerings needed a more intentional design flow and interactive experience.

I led this project as both a UX/UI Designer and a No-Code Developer, focusing on:

Creative Direction – refining the visual tone to feel more modern, bold, and premium

UX Restructuring – reworking layout, flow, and hierarchy for stronger storytelling

UI Design – designing clean, focused interfaces with better use of whitespace and typography

No-Code Development – bringing the entire design to life using Readymag as a practice project to improve my no-code dev skills

Audit & Research – I reviewed the existing site to pinpoint what wasn’t working, identified areas of friction, and benchmarked top-performing portfolios for Webflow experts.

UX Restructure – I defined a new content structure: a bold hero, clearly segmented projects, strong service positioning, social proof (client videos + logos), and a conversion-ready call to action.

UI Redesign – I crafted a more editorial-style layout with striking type, better project previews, and simplified sectioning for a seamless scroll.

Development in Readymag – As part of expanding my Readymag skillset, I developed the full site directly in the tool, experimenting with responsive behavior, scroll animations, and no-code functionality.

The final outcome is a sharper, more confident personal brand site that immediately signals authority and trust. Projects are easier to explore, services are better defined, and testimonials now support stronger conversion.

Beyond design, this project helped me deepen my Readymag knowledge and demonstrate my ability to bridge design with no-code execution — turning creative ideas into live, working experiences.
