I was part of the leadership team that scaled Globalwork, a VC-backed startup, to $1M ARR, achieving 2x growth in both 2021 and 2022. During my 5-year tenure at Globalwork, I held two key roles:
Head of Marketing
Generated over 2,500 qualified leads with direct interest in acquiring the company's services through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Built one of the largest HR communities in Latin America, growing a database of 40,000 professionals.
Organized a series of online seminars, achieving over 30 broadcasts and 20,000 total viewers.
Head of Growth
Defined the North Star Metric and implemented the AAARRR funnel framework.
Led more than 190 experiments with a team of 9 professionals.
Integrated the company's General Management, as well as the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technology, and Operations departments, into a cohesive Growth Methodology.
To achieve these results, I:
Directed the creation of the website and blog.
Defined the buyer persona and developed handbook videos, including scripting and editing.
Designed and launched paid advertising campaigns.
Managed social media accounts and produced engaging content.
Integrated CRM and marketing automation software.
Conducted strategic planning for both Marketing and Growth, aligning initiatives with company objectives.
