Evolution of an Enterprise Design System

What began as a visual communication system for Cycuity evolved into a unified enterprise design system after Arteris acquired the company, extending the brand across technical documentation, marketing assets, and product communications.

Integrated into the Arteris Design System

About
Cycuity develops hardware security verification software that helps semiconductor companies identify security vulnerabilities throughout the chip design lifecycle. I partnered with the team to create a scalable visual communication system spanning white papers, technical documentation, iconography, product marketing, and enterprise collateral. Following Arteris' acquisition of Cycuity, these assets were adapted into the Arteris visual identity, creating a seamless transition across the expanded product portfolio.

Hardware Security Assurance Guide

I redesigned the Hardware Security Assurance Guide into a structured publication that makes complex semiconductor security concepts easier to navigate. Through information hierarchy, modular layouts, custom graphics, iconography, and typography, the guide transforms dense engineering content into a readable, scalable communication system.

Technical Datasheet System

I developed a modular datasheet system that balances engineering precision with marketing clarity. Reusable layouts, diagrams, and visual components established a consistent framework for communicating complex technical products across the portfolio.

Final Deliverable Technical Datasheet System

Building a Scalable Iconography System

Rather than designing individual illustrations, I created a reusable iconography system built on a consistent 4 pt stroke, rounded geometry, and a restrained color palette. The library provides a unified visual language for semiconductor security concepts while remaining scalable across documentation, presentations, and marketing materials.

Brand Integration

Following Arteris' acquisition of Cycuity, I evolved the existing communication system into the Arteris visual language. Typography, color, iconography, layouts, and reusable document components were updated to create a cohesive experience while preserving product recognition and technical credibility.
