More than a year trying to launch.
Planta was a real estate agency made by architects that leveraged the high potential of older apartments. When they reached out, they were trying to launch a tech product for over a year.
After 3 months they had a live product, ready for real users and the autonomy to improve the product themselves.

Led a series of discovery sessions to understand their necessities and find an MVP.
Designed and built the whole website from scratch using Webflow;
Coached the team on Webflow so the startup team had the autonomy to follow through after our iteration process;
