Overview 🔎

New Possible, an employee engagement platform, approached me with a short deadline to rebrand their company and update their website. The goal was to prepare for upcoming awards and investment opportunities.

Project Details 🤝

The project involved creating a new logo, color scheme, typography choices, and updating the website design. One challenge was the limited timeline; however, through clear communication with the client and prioritizing key milestones, we were able to deliver on time. Another obstacle was ensuring that our designs accurately reflected New Possible's mission of promoting employee engagement while also appealing to prospective investors. To tackle this issue, we conducted extensive research on competitor websites in similar industries. We also held several meetings with New Possible's management team to align objectives. From there I created various prototypes until we found a solution that everyone agreed on.

Results ✨

The new branding helped position New Possible as a leading authority in employee engagement platforms. Additionally it allowed them effectively showcase their newly launched HR recruitment awards program through their updated website design. The project resulted in increased web traffic by 15% compared to previous months; it also led to increased leads from potential investors who were impressed by our work.

Conclusion 💥

In conclusion this project has been one of my favorite projects given how much value it added not only for my clients but also myself as I had learned so much throughout its process including how effective collaboration can be when working towards tight deadlines.
