Posting Schedule: Regular posting on Instagram, and Facebook, using Meta Business Suite and TikTok (if applicable). Graphics will be revised and pre-approved before posting.
Content Creation and Curation: A monthly content calendar for each page that would be given on the 10th of every month and be approved by the 15th of every month (subject to change based on dates).
Brand Keyword or Hashtag Monitoring: using platforms such as Sprout Social to track keywords and hashtags: Kiss Baking, Kiss Desserts, Holsum - target to country, True Bread.
Analytics and Reporting:
Reports will be sent at the beginning of each month
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates
Monitor social media sentiment and feedback to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
Use A/B testing to optimise content and timing

Client availability: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Out-of-office hours: subject to availability based on risk management strategies.
