Illumina (LNC Productions) | Sound Design

For this project, I developed a tailored sound design for an Illumina brand video produced by LNC Productions. The client provided the voiceover, music references, and visual guidelines, while I handled sound effects production, music editing, voiceover enhancement, and final audio mastering to ensure broadcast-ready quality.

LNC Productions, a New York-based creative agency with whom I’ve worked extensively, led the production of this campaign for Illumina. The video aimed to communicate Illumina’s expertise in DNA and genetic analysis, highlighting how their technology helps improve human lives by providing deeper insights into individual genetics.

After reviewing the project brief, I crafted custom sound effects aligned with Illumina’s brand identity and the video’s scientific theme. I enhanced and polished the provided voiceover for clarity and presence, edited the music to fit the emotional arc of the video, and blended all elements into a cohesive mix. The entire audio track was mixed and mastered according to broadcast and digital streaming standards.

The final deliverable was a professionally mixed and mastered audio track that supported Illumina’s message of improving lives through genetic insights. The sound design added depth and clarity, creating an informative and emotionally compelling brand experience.
