It's simple: help HR teams hire smarter, faster, and fairer. Traditional hiring often relies heavily on CV screening, which can be time-consuming and biased. With Suma, I wanted to design a tool that uses AI to generate shortlists, assess soft skills through interactive experiences, provide users with powerful AI agents and deliver data-driven insights. The goal was to create a platform that looks trustworthy, feels modern, and communicates innovation without losing its human touch.

I crafted a clean, minimalist visual identity for Suma, combining a soft color palette for trust and bold typography for clarity. The abstract logo balances minimalism with a sense of connection and intelligence.

I really enjoyed integrating AI tools in my design process by generating neat visuals. A huge standing ovation to Midjourney, Krea and Sora that helped me creating vibrant and super realistic photographs matching Suma's overall brand.

→Tools I used and how:

Figma to craft the whole brand and explore design choices through several iterations. I also designed Suma website on it.

Mijourney, Sora and Krea to generate pixel perfect visuals. I first ask ChatGPT or Gemini to help me prompt images perfectly by giving it a lot of information about what I want. Then I integrate the prompt into any generative AI tool depending on my needs.

Jitter to animate product visuals and export them in Lottie format.
