What I would do
Ask my client what their goals are.
Ask client if they use a CRM software.
Read through old messages to determine common questions and answers.
Ask client if they have a script they would like to use.
Create a "common questions and answers (FAQs) document.
Determine how often I will check the accounts.
Determine when to escalate issues to the client.
Document what is working and what is not working.
Make changes to my plan as needed.
