The Lamb Company launched a nationwide promotion to increase brand engagement and drive repeat purchases. I collaborated with their marketing and technical teams to design the user journey for a QR-code-based sweepstakes, where customers could enter to win a Green Egg Smoker.
By streamlining the promo flow and writing clear, persuasive microcopy, we improved entry rates and boosted customer satisfaction.
