AI Booking System for Pet Grooming Studio

An AI booking and studio system for a one-woman pet grooming studio in Kyiv. Self-initiated project: I designed the UX, UI and AI flows and built a working version with AI tools. Made with Lovable for Contra x Lovable Challenge.

The owner does everything herself: grooming, pricing, messages and the schedule. Every booking needs back-and-forth, because price and time depend on the pet. Every change, from a late client to an air-raid alert, means rebuilding the day by hand.

Clients book by chat: send a photo, get a price, duration and free slots. The owner runs her day by telling the AI what to change and approves every message before it's sent. One tap on Alert pauses the day and rebuilds the schedule around the time left.
