Built a Make.com automation that watches Airtable for new HARO opportunities, routes each one through a router based on the query type, then assigns a dedicated Relevance AI agent to craft a tailored pitch for each category. Every agent response gets upserted back into Airtable automatically organised, tracked, and ready to send.
