Festival App redesign

I led the redesign of the Night.bg mobile app, a platform helping users explore nightlife venues across Bulgaria. The goal was to modernize the interface and improve usability without disrupting the app’s existing user base. I conducted a UX audit of the current product, researched competitors, and identified key pain points. From there, I restructured the information architecture, refined navigation flows, and introduced a cleaner, more intuitive UI.
