Through eight years of persistence and unwavering hard work, Zuriel has become one of the fast-growing producers of renewable energy sources in Ghana. Mr. Samuel Antwi-Frimpong attended Akim Swedru Secondary School for his O level education and Accra polytechnic for his A level education. In 1990 he successfully graduated from one of the renowned tertiary institutions in Ghana with a degree in Analytical Chemistry (with affiliation to ISIT certification-UK) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He worked at Ghana Standards Board for a period of nine years (1991-2000) as a laboratory technician and ended his corporate career at Volta River Authority as a senior technologist (2000-2003). Indeed, he is a driving force in effectuating the quality charcoal products we see today. It is said, “behind every successful man is a woman, behind her is a wife” (Groucho Marx). His wife, Mrs. Christine Antwi-Frimpong, now Chief Executive of Finance & Administration is a proud product of Wesley Girls High School in Cape Coast, where she acquired her O and A level education. She gained her first degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Cape coast and furthered her education in Phoenix Arizona, USA by pursuing a master’s degree in finance from Western International University. She worked at Wells Fargo Bank for three years as a credit analyst during her stay abroad. Upon her return to Ghana in 2007, she furthered her professional experience at Merchant Bank (presently known as Universal Merchant Bank) for six years as a credit analyst (2years) and SME product manager (4years). They have been married for 25 years, enjoying family and reaching financial goals together.
