ProJob – Comprehensive Job Search and Applicant Tracking Tool

Project Description: ProJob is a full-featured job search and applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to streamline the hiring process for both job seekers and employers. The platform integrates intuitive tools to help users manage job applications, resumes, and interview schedules, while providing robust tracking features for employers to efficiently manage candidates.

Job Search Engine: A powerful search tool allowing users to filter opportunities by location, job type, salary, and industry.

Applicant Tracking: Employers can easily track applications, manage candidate pipelines, and schedule interviews through a central dashboard.

Resume Builder & Manager: Users can create and customize resumes directly on the platform, and save multiple versions for different job types.

Automated Alerts: Real-time notifications to keep both job seekers and recruiters up-to-date on new opportunities, interview statuses, and communication.

Collaboration Tools: Employers can work collaboratively with HR teams, share feedback on candidates, and make more informed hiring decisions.

As a key contributor to the ProJob Project, I worked on the following:

UI/UX Design: Designed the user interface with a focus on simplicity and functionality, ensuring an intuitive experience for all users.

Full-Stack Development: Built the core backend system to manage job listings, applicant databases, and employer dashboards, using modern frameworks and cloud services.

API Integration: Integrated third-party APIs for job search optimization and applicant tracking automation.

Quality Assurance & Testing: Performed testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience, resolving critical issues and improving overall platform stability.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborated with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and implemented iterative updates for feature enhancements.
