This is a customer support chatbot that answers questions related to SignsALot Dental Clinic. Moreover, it also prompts the user to book an appointment. The booking details are stored in the clinic admin and user's Google Calendar. In this chatbot, I used OpenAi Assistant to configure the chatbot. Moreover, I also used the Google Calendar API for storing the appointment details in Google Calendar.
