I helped streamline the lead-to-quotation process for a signage company. When a new lead comes in, we automatically use SerpAPI and RapidAPI to gather a list of potential vendors. Quotations are then requested from these vendors, submitted via email, and automatically extracted using Python. All leads, vendor info, and quotations are organized in Airtable, and the system intelligently selects the best quotation based on predefined criteria — all orchestrated seamlessly with Make.com (http://Make.com) automation.

I created a marketing n8n workflow integrated with DataForSEO, LinkedIn, GCP, PiAPI and Slack. Given a topic on Slack, it will use DataForSEO to get top trending and relevant keywords against which it will generate blog headings. Once the user chooses one on slack, it will perform a web search to write a blog with proper guidelines and hashtags. PiAPI is used to generate an image using FLUX model and then run a custom HTTP request to upload to LinkedIn and Wordpress.

I developed an AI-powered real estate assistant that collects user details like name, phone number, and self-funding amount, with optional info like budget, location, and room preferences. It submits leads to the Monday CRM with a summary, user data, and a lead quality score (1–10) based on engagement. The assistant also connects to the sales team’s Google calendar to offer real-time appointment slots, confirms bookings, and updates the Monday CRM. Additionally, I developed a smart FAQ system with strong support for Hebrew to answer common real estate questions accurately.
