- Created a foundation for qualitative and quantitative research (hotjar, mixpanel, google analytics, a/b testing, surveys, slack user channel, interview scripts, journey map etc)
- Completely rebuilt and enhanced platform UI (interaction tools, information architecture, detector training mode, project/image management, style guide, visual design etc)
- Brought the website to the next level (conversion rate, UVP, content strategy, information architecture, speed, UI, visual design)
