Analyzing competitors, I addressed search and product gaps, creating intuitive info structures for easy navigation in search, payment, receipt, and profile flows.
I mapped key journeys like search and delivery, optimizing user emotions and actions for seamless experience. A design system ensured consistent typography, colors, and components.
Pink Bird now offers an intuitive, enjoyable gifting process with a warm pink design, fostering easy use and emotional connection.
