Recruited by Creative Circle, I embarked on an exciting opportunity as a UX Designer, collaborating with their client, Accenture. Within Accenture, I was strategically placed on a high-profile project with TD Bank, reporting directly to their USA team.
The project entailed the development of a large-scale staff portal on wireless tablets for One Vanderbilt Unveiled: Home to TD's New NYC Flagship Store and Symbol of Commitment. This encompassed crucial functionalities such as profile maintenance, statements, agreements, account management, dashboards, and adjustments, contributing to an innovative digital experience.
Throughout this immersive project, I undertook a range of responsibilities and worked closely with Project leads. I created various designs based off the research conducted and implemented UI visuals for intricate web and mobile products, including portals, dashboards, complex websites, and mobile apps. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in creating comprehensive UX documentation, such as wireframes, site maps, user flows, and interactive prototypes, ensuring optimal user experience.
