As Head of the Competition Body and Scope for this design competition, I was responsible for designing and developing an overall competition structure, leading a 5-man team, and using Agile and Trello to streamline the submission process. Through conducting user interviews and surveys, I was able to gather valuable feedback and insights that improved user satisfaction by 10% and reduced churn rate by 3%.
