Mova Project Management Dashboard Design

Mova is a modern project management dashboard designed to help teams plan projects, track task progress, manage workstreams, and collaborate in one organized workspace. The interface combines a clean Kanban board, project momentum cards, workload insights, priority labels, team avatars, task details, and structured navigation to make project management feel more focused, visual, and easy to control.

Managing multiple tasks, workstreams, deadlines, team members, and review stages can quickly become overwhelming when the dashboard is too dense or poorly structured. The challenge was to create a project management experience that gives teams a clear overview of progress while still making individual tasks easy to scan, prioritize, and move forward.

The layout uses a clean white dashboard system with soft borders, rounded cards, subtle shadows, and orange progress accents to guide attention. Key project metrics are placed at the top for quick decision-making, while the Kanban board organizes tasks by workflow stages such as Backlog, In Progress, Under Review, and Ready to Build. This structure helps users move from project overview to task-level action without losing context.

Mova includes project progress tracking, workstream coverage, attention indicators, Kanban task management, priority labels, assignee avatars, task categories, file attachments, comments, completion status, search, filters, and a clear new task action. Each element is designed to support faster project planning, better team collaboration, and more transparent workflow visibility.

The experience focuses on clarity and control. Users can quickly understand what is moving, what needs attention, and which tasks are currently active. The combination of dashboard summaries and task cards makes it easier for teams to review progress, identify blockers, and keep project delivery organized from planning to execution.

The final dashboard presents project management in a more focused and visually structured way. Mova helps teams stay aligned, track progress clearly, and manage complex workflows without making the interface feel heavy or distracting.
