What's going on? Social Diary App

"What's going on?" was the first app I developed from scratch with SwiftUI as an Indie iOS Developer. The app is fully focused on friendly, micro-interaction-rich user interfaces and was featured by App a couple of months after its initial launch.

Ideation: The concept came from my personal experience of losing touch with close friends after university. I envisioned an app that could bridge this gap in a meaningful, private way.

Design: I crafted the user interface and experience, aiming for a clean, intuitive design that puts the focus on memories and connections.

Development: I learned SwiftUI to build the app from the ground up, leveraging Apple's newest technologies and targeting iOS 17 and above.

Marketing: I've been documenting the design- and development process on Twitter/X, building a community around the app and gathering valuable feedback from the "build in public" community

Business: From strategizing the app's positioning to planning its launch, I've managed all aspects of bringing "What's going on?" to market.
