Mobile App | ParkPay

This fictional project was to find a new way to pay for parking. The goal of the project was to cuts out the need to pay with a credit card, and lets you pay online for parking.

Searching what others did was the best way to start this project. I searched similar apps and solution for pay the parking. For example, in Grenoble, the city choose the app PayByPhone. I inspired myself on the user flow of some of this apps and solutions. I wanted to find negative and positive points on all the experience of paying for parking. I use regularly paid parking, so I’m a user too of this type of digital solutions. After writing down user flow, I start wire-framing some solutions I have found. Mobile app was obviously the best way to be efficient (localisation, available everywhere…)
