A UK-based property management firm faced challenges with disconnected systems: Fixflo, SME, and Asana operated in silos, requiring manual updates across multiple platforms, creating inefficiencies and potential errors.
The Challenge

The Solution
Using n8n and Supabase on Microsoft Azure, I created an automation framework:

Validates invoices against Supabase
Automatically adds approved invoices to SME
Creates pre-filled approval tasks in Asana

Automatic calculation and application of deductions in SME

Custom Asana app for property searches, email generation, and task creation
Dynamic forms to speed up processes

Supabase as centralised data source
Periodic synchronisation between SME and Supabase
