About the project
I served as the lead product designer for Blitz, a productivity tool for teams. My role was to build out the platform itself, using Framer to design high-fidelity prototypes, communicate with engineers throughout the development process, and establish the brand of the company through a single-page marketing site.

Designing the Web Application
The goal was to create an app that would reinforce the philosophy of the founder's book - Blitz: The Five Habits of Super Effective Team Leaders.
The Blitz framework consists of five elements: Brave Goals, Laser Meetings, Important Projects, Task Lists, and Zero Excuses. Team leaders use these elements to organize tasks, projects, and goals to make sure their team is functioning efficiently.
Launching Blitz
We successfully launched both the beta of the app and the website in late 2022. Since then we've been taking feedback from users as we prepare for a full launch in September 2023 to a group of 800 affiliates.
