Momentum is a financial and sentiment analytics platform design to enable analysts to track, analyze, and optimize operation expenses across different business functions, while providing real-time insights that reduce manual reporting efforts.
Business Challenge
Before Momentum, analysts relied on fragmented systems:
manual spreadsheet tracking
siloed Power BI dashboards
lack of centralized insights
UI Challenges
The previous prototype suffered from several usability issues:
Inconsistent interface elements
Poor visual hierarchy
Unclear navigation
Misalignment with the client's brand identity
