I researched buyer challenges, both business and personal, through interviews with multiple buyer roles. After analyzing the outputs of the interviews, I created persona-based messaging to serve as a roadmap for sales enablement materials to accelerate the buyers journey. Messaging included company, product and persona elements. Once the messaging was established, I held training sessions and lunch n' learns to roll out the messaging and train key staff on how to use it.
