Making Arogga App Suggest Product user experience easy.
Company Overview
Arogga App is an online medicine delivery platform based in Bangladesh that provides users with the ability to purchase medications and healthcare products conveniently from their smartphones. Its primary focus is to simplify the process of buying prescription and over-the-counter medicines, making healthcare more accessible and efficient.

Problem Statement:
Arogga app has a special feature Suggest Product where a customer can request for the products which are not listed or not easily available on local market
On Suggest Product an user can only suggest one product at a time. Multiple product needs can't be addressed by this interface. They have provided an email address and they have instructed to email an excel sheet for multiple product suggestions.
This app is mainly used by the elderly population of the country so the users have to open an excel file, write down the products details and then send it via email which is difficult for them as they have little knowledge on operating smartphones.
Proposed Solution
An user will be able to add multiple suggested product at a time and gain a good user expericence.
