Logical Digital Solutions — Advisory Firm Website

Logical Digital Solutions is an advisory firm that helps leadership teams navigate high-stakes decisions where strategy, operations, and technology intersect. They serve private equity firms, boards, CEOs, and legal teams across three core verticals: litigation support, industry advisory, and technology & AI guidance.

When Andrew Scott engaged NextGrid, Logical Digital Solutions had no web presence at all. The firm needed a website built from scratch that would establish immediate credibility with private equity sponsors, C-suite executives, and legal teams.

No existing website or digital presence

The firm operates at the intersection of three distinct verticals (litigation, advisory, technology) that each speak to different buyer personas

The audience is senior decision-makers: PE sponsors, board members, CEOs, and legal counsel

The site needed to communicate authority and trust without overpromising; these buyers are skeptical by nature

Content and structure had to be built from zero

We started with the audience map. PE firms evaluating portfolio companies, legal teams sourcing expert witnesses, and operators seeking technology guidance all arrive with different intent. We structured the site around three clear service pathways, each with its own landing page and messaging tailored to the specific buyer:

Litigation Support — Expert analysis and testimony for commercial and operational disputes

Industry Advisory — Strategic guidance for trucking, 3PLs, freight forwarding, and supply chain operators

Technology & AI Guidance — Objective evaluation of systems, automation, and technology investments

The design language reflects the firm's positioning: measured, authoritative, and precise. No startup energy, no flashy animations. Clean typography, structured layouts, and a muted professional palette that signals "we advise on billion-dollar decisions."

We used Relume for rapid wireframing and component ideation, then refined the full visual system in Figma before moving to development.

The complete site was built in Webflow with:

Service-specific landing pages with clear CTAs for each buyer persona

Responsive layouts optimized for executive audiences (desktop-first, mobile-ready)

Clean component structure for easy content updates as the firm grows

Performance-optimized build for fast load times

Logical Digital Solutions went from zero digital presence to a fully operational advisory website that matches the caliber of the firm's client base. The site now serves as the primary credibility layer for PE firms, legal teams, and enterprise operators evaluating the firm.

This was the second project completed for client Andrew Scott, alongside the QuayChain enterprise rebrand.
