Description: This bespoke floor mosaic was commissioned for a private residence seeking a timeless, handcrafted centrepiece that would bring warmth, texture, and Mediterranean sunny energy into the home. I worked closely with the client to design a layout that harmonised with the space’s architecture and natural light.

From concept to completion, I handled every phase of the process: design sketches, material selection, and meticulous placement and installation. The piece integrates matte unglazed Winckemans porcelain tiles, chosen for their colour palette, durability and quality.

The result is a tactile, meditative surface that invites presence and reverence with every stepa quiet celebration of craftsmanship, slowness, and detail.
