The design process began with a deep dive into JOS's mission, goals, and target audience. This involved:

The aim was to understand the content formats, topics, and audience engagement levels on each platform. Special attention was given to the podcast's performance, including listenership, episode popularity, and audience feedback. This analysis helped to identify the most effective content strategies and how they could be integrated into the new website, with the podcast taking center stage.

Understanding the needs of the JOS community (learners, engineers, entrepreneurs). This involved conducting surveys and interviews with members of JOS's audience to gather insights into their needs, preferences, and pain points. The research focused on understanding what kind of educational resources they were looking for, what challenges they faced in their learning or professional journeys, and how JOS could better support them.
